Exiled lawyer Dr Miguna Miguna has vowed to be in the country before end of April. This is despite his numerous attempts to have his passport back which have been in vain. The fiery lawyer says he wrote to the Kenya National Commission for Human Rights and the LSK to compel the government returns his passport yet they have not responded.
”On March 11, 2019,I wrote to the Kenya National Commission for Human Rights and Law Society of Kenya and sought heir interventions in order to compel the rogue Kenyan State agents who were ordered to return my Kenyan passport and facilitate my unconditional re-entry to Kenya. They have not responded.” he posted on his social media.
He says Kenya has become a full blown tyrannical state considering the refusal of both the KNHCR and LSK to enforce valid court orders in his favor as a citizen.
”The refusal by both the KNHCR and LSK to enforce valid court orders in my favor as a citizen-orders that continue to be defied by Uhuru Kenyatta through AG Gordon Kihalangwa,George Kinoti, and others, show that Kenya is a full-blown tyrannical state.”
The self proclaimed revolutionary say Kenyans spend billions on the funding of KNHCR so that it can discharge its mandates,chief among which is the protection of human rights , yet the LSK and KNHCR have failed him.
”Both the KNHCR and LSK have failed me.But Ill be at the JKIA before end of April,2019.Aluta Continua!” he wrote.
