KALONZO, MUDAVADI, GIDEON TO UNITE FOR 2022

The race to succeed president Uhuru Kenyatta seems to have attracted the reunion of Kalonzo Musyoka, Musalia Mudavad, and Gideon Moi.

It’s reported that the three are now at an early stage of forming a political party that they will use to field a single candidate.

The handshake between Raila Odinga and Uhuru Kenyatta last year brought the division in both camps as NASA accuse Odinga of championing his personal interest while Jubilee deputy party leader accuses Odinga of scheming to kill his political career.

Already section of the Jubilee MPs led by Maina Kamanda have planned to register a political party in preparation for 2022 noting that the Jubilee party has been invaded by corrupt individuals whose interest is known.

Kamanda and Ngunjiri Wambugu among other 18 MPs on Sunday said that the DP isnt a direct party candidate as his name has been tainted as corrupt.

On the other hand, the ODM party recently launched a scathing attack on the DP noting that they are ready to impeach him from presidency over gross misconduct.

Orengo said that the 2022 succession, the matrix will e different from what people are thinking.

political realignments have started, with Kanu chairman Gideon Moi becoming more visible, while ANC leader Musalia Mudavadi is more vocal, four years ahead of 2022.

A more energised Gideon Moi is targeting governors and the anticipated referendum to build his presidential bid.

Mudavadi, on the other hand, has in the recent past thrown jibes at DP Ruto, questioning his church donations and wealth.

Last month, the ANC leader said, “You can’t be telling us you are investing in heaven by giving out large sums of money that you can’t account for.”

Its reported that Ford Kenya leader Moses Wetangula is said to forge union with deputy president William Ruto who is under siege.

Also, others who are announced their ambitions include former Kiambu governor William Kabogo and Peter Kenneth.

Speaking to Daily Active Kenya,Former Kiambu governor William Kabogo urged leaders to concentrate on development while supporting Uhuru’s realization of big 4 agenda.

Kabogo said that early politics is harmful to the society as all energy will be channeled to useless debates on succession.

“Let stop these politics of succession,development is the way to go and no way the realization of big 4 agenda will be realized if useless debates on succession will continue,”he said.
