Media industry exodus seem not to end any soon as media personalities continue shifting from one media house to another. One that shocked the audience was that of Nation Media Group where a group of media personalities shifted to Royal media.

It is a similar case to former X FM presenter, Nick Ndenda who made any exit without revealing where he was heading to. Through a post he shared on his Instagram account, he is now a presenter at Kiss 100 where he will be hosting the drive show alongside Linda Nyangweso.

His post read; “So let’s see how this new show fits. Catch me on Kiss 100 from 3pm with thatchicklyndan.” His post comes after he broke the news that he was exiting X FM having worked there for seven years.

He had shared the news via his Facebook account where he wrote; “Don’t wanna make it a long post so here goes! I’ve had a zany 7 years at 105.5, had the pleasure of taking over from the very capable Fareed Khimani (not an easy task-ask me about it!), training and learning from other presenters and hosting the kick ass morning show XBRKFST.

Tomorrow, Friday March 15 will be my last show. Special shout outs to the rebels, the rockers and everyone who tuned in for those random facts, stories, awesome newspaper reviews and of course REAL MUSIC. Catch me kesho from 6am so we can do it one last time…for the culture yeah?”

Nick who is also an actor joined radio after he took his late brother Jeremy Odhiambo for a radio audition at Homeboyz Radio; “If it wasn’t for my brother Jeremy Odhiambo, I wouldn’t be on the airwaves. He told me to accompany him for a radio audition at Homeboyz Radio and I had nothing to do.

So after hours of queuing, it was his turn. So I left the line and the ushers were like ‘where are you going? You stood up on the line for hours you might as well try.’ I did and just like that, I got it and he didn’t.”
