Celebrated Kenya’s singer and philanthropist, Akothee intends to put a long lasting mark in Turkana that is perennially hit by acute famine.
In her quest to salvage suffering souls from hunger and thirst, the president of all single mothers seeks to drill boreholes and also install water tanks in the region to provide clean water.
“Someone direct me to where I can get water tanks, I need 6 of them, 10,000 litres, we shall install them in the six central locations in Turkana , we need to contribute towards longterm (borehole) this week I will install the water tanks, I will be happy if you guys join me , I only have 2 weeks left, before I leave the country , and this 3 things must happen,” stated Akothee.
