Why MP who insulted Raila is a marked man

Loose mouth Kimilili MP Didmus Barasa is rumoured to have faced a major backlash after instructions from the Executive forced him to apologize and do a press release after death wishes.

The no-holds-barred legislator is reported to have wished AU envoy for Infrastructure died in the ill-fated Ethiopian Aircrash which killed 157 souls on board including crew.

The Western Kenya MP now has come to battle with the aftermath of his comments, saying he was quoted out of context.

Hon Baraza said: Raila Odinga we respect you, but you have become a fraudster…If I will reach heaven one day…I will ask God why he did not take Raila. He is a fella that we do not need in this country.”

The MP further accused Raila of having caused bloodshed in the country.

“By God taking Raila, I meant taking him through salvation and having him abide the righteous way. But people interpreted it differently.

“Once a person is taken by God, they become more gentlemanly and has a more sober approach to life,” the MP stated.

Wreck havoc in Jubilee

According to Barasa, the ODM Party Leader is geared to wreck havoc in Jubilee Party following the handshake.

“If he was a gentleman, by now he would have reigned on Siaya Senator James Orengo,” Orengo added.

Barasa and 15 other MPs allied to the DP had called the presser to condemn a recent plan to table an impeachment motion against the DP over corruption claims.
