Police are hoping the school girl from Mwingi rescued from a roadside with bloodied uniform will recover and narrate everything that transpired.
The girl is recuperating at the Nairobi Women’s Hospital in Rongai after she was discovered and the case reported.
Wanjiku Wanjiku, a good samaritan, shared the information on her Facebook account.
She said she found the young girl on Simba lane.
At the time, the girl was bleeding from her mouth and nose and appeared to have been drugged, Wanjiku said.
She added that the girl’s school uniform was also stained with blood.
Speaking to Citizen Digital, Wanjiku said she could barely speak save for feebly stating her name and her home.
Officers from Rongai Police Station arrived at the scene moments later and took the girl to hospital.
