Labor PS Nelson Marwa has been sued for child support by a 27-year-old woman identified as Elizabeth Moraa.
Elizabeth Moraa Mairura sued the PS in kitale on claim that she got into a romantic relationship with Mr Marwa in 2017 when the Mr Marwa was still the Regional Coordinator in coastal region.
Ms Elizabeth Mairura claims that since the birth of their daughter, Mr Marwa has been neglecting parental responsibility.
The Kitale Resident Magistrate Cherono Kesses has ordered DNA examination which will be conducted in Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Eldoret on Mr Marwa and the child to establish whether they are related by blood.
The case will be heard again on April 23
