Just what happened in the period leading to the famous swearing of Raila Odinga on 30th January 2018?

Miguna Miguna, the term who conducted the swearing in and later paid the ultimate price, as he was deported unceremoniously, recently released a book titled TREASON: The Case Against Tyrants & Renegades.

But according to NASA strategist David Ndii, Miguna Miguna lied severally in his book especially where he claims that he was held up in a meeting with Raila, when in fact Raila did not leave his home on that day.

But you do have a fertile imagination. You claim in your latest book to have been with Raila in Riverside with graphic details on Nov 12 while I and others were with him at his house from 7 a.m and another venue in Karen before proceeding to Panari. Let us lead by example.— David Ndii (@DavidNdii) March 25, 2019

In a bitter exchange on Twitter, Ndii has also wondered why Miguna swore Raila in yet he didn’t even vote for him in the first place. He claims Miguna was not the brains behind NRM.

He further went ahead and called Miguna an incompetent person who wanted the swearing in to be contacted in Congo.

Give me a break. We disagreed about your idea of swearing Raila in Dar and Congo. You tried to record a Besigye style swearing in at Wanjigi’s house. Failed. You were not part of planning the 30th event. Did you have a brief deflate the swearing in, or its just incompetence?— David Ndii (@DavidNdii) March 25, 2019

Miguna Miguna had earlier on accused Ndii of opposing the swearing in.

“He violently opposed the swearing in and said that NASA should not seek power. You need to read TREASON: The Case Against Tyrants & Renegades.” Miguna said.

Of course the clash has attracted hilarious reactions on Twitter:
