Eintracht Frankfurt wonder kid ready to join England’s Giant Manchester United

Manchester United have been in touch with Eintracht Frankfurt about the possibility of signing , reports say.

Jovic is in high demand this summer, with the media revealing Manchester City were one of several clubs chasing the £40million-rated forward.

The 21-year-old has enjoyed an excellent season, scoring 22 times in 36 appearances and has even chipped in with seven assists.

Portuguese outlet O Jogo claim Jovic has been the subject of several transfer enquiries from rival clubs, with United joining Barcelona, Real Madrid, Bayern Munich and City in an official approach.

But those initial enquiries have been knocked back by the club, who are anticipating a bidding war in the summer, and the player.

Barcelona recently sent scouts to watch Jovic in action as the Serbia international has impressed in the Europa League.

Jovic made it seven goals in ten appearances in Europe when he scored the winner against Inter to send Eintracht into the Europa League quarter-finals.

Eintracht drew Benfica in the last eight, Jovic’s former club, who will collect 30 per cent of any future transfer sale.

While United might be keen on adding another centre-forward, Pep Guardiola wants competition for Premier League Golden Boot leader Sergio Aguero.
