‘Vie for Presidency in 2022’ Kenyans tell Sonko after His Humane Act

As other politicians are busy downplaying the situation in Turkana, Governor Mike Sonko has made the bold decision to send food rations to our brothers and sisters who have been affected by Hunger.

“In the spirit of nationalism,I have today donated relief food & other non-food items to residents of Turkana who are facing starvation due to the current drought situation. ” Sonko revealed, through a statement on social media.

Through the Sonko Rescue team, the governor has send trucks loaded with packets of Unga, rice, cooking oil and non food items to Turkana.

Kenyans have moved to social media to praise the governor for his humane act.

“When John F. Kennedy said, “Ask not what your country can do for you – ask what you can do for your country”, clearly he had Governor Mike Sonko in mind. ” Said one Victor Mochere.
