Inside Sonko’s 12-tired truck to Turkana

This year’s drought has brought about agony, frustrations and deaths! The situation is more hurting in Turkana County.

The government has hence released relief food and assured the country of enough food in stores, saying that there is no any cause of alarm.

The situation has seen Nairobi Governor Mike Mbuvi Sonko, through his rescue team flag off a truck with relief food to Turkana.

Sonko took to his twitter account to share the information, citing that it was in the spirit of Nationalism.

He cited that he had donated food and non-food stuffs to the starving people of Turkana.

Terming himself as a good deeds ambassador, Sonko assured his support to the less fortunate in the society.
