Thibaut Courtois has reportedly rejected a possible move to Manchester United in exchange forDavid De Gea joining Real Madrid.
According to The Sun, talks between the two clubs resulted in a proposal that the former Chelsea keeper be offered the chance to join United with De Gea moving the opposite direction.
However, Courtois wants to remain at the Bernabeu, and if that’s not possible, he would prefer a move to Paris Saint-Germain over United.
Manchester United have emerged as favorites to sign Atletico Madrid star man Antoine Griezmann according to Spanish outlet Sport.
The French forward reportedly wants to leave Atletico just months after dropping a video announcing his desire to stay at the capital club.
United will, however, have to battle it out with Bayern Munich and Paris Saint-Germain who are also said to be interested.
United are also said to be lining up a bargain move for Roma defender Kostal Manolas as per Calciomercato.
The outlet says, the Greek looks to be considering a move away from Roma if they fail to finish in the top four to secure Champions League football next season.
The ex-Olympiacos and AEK Athens is under contract at the Stadio Olimpico until June 2022.
