Sir Alex Ferguson has been named as the second best football manager of all time. The rankings were done by a well-respected magazine France Football.
The French publication run the rule of great coaches to grace the game over the years and listed their top 50, with Ajax legend Rinus Michels pipping Ferguson to top spot.
Man City boss Pep Guardiola and Carlo Ancelotti made the top 10, while Rafa Benitez and Marcelo Bielsa, manager of Sky Bet Championship outfit Leeds, have also been included.
Brian Clough is the highest-placed Englishman at number 15, with Herbert Chapman and Bobby Robson also named.
