Serdar Binici’yi, a shop manager, was stood in front of his workplace when a random stranger was walked past and tapped him on the shoulder on CCTV. When he looked behind him to see who was behind the shoulder-tapping, Serdar was able to notice a white lorry heading in his direction. CCTV footage shows how a swinging metal grate, attached to the back of the lorry, misses the man by a mere few millimeters.
Serdar appears speechless and surprised at the near miss before looking around for someone to thank, but the mystery figure dressed in black had disappeared. The lethal grate could have resulted in grave injuries and may have even dragged him down the road if it wasn’t for the mysterious guardian angel. Serdar received a visit from the driver of the lorry who visited his shop to apologise. The video taken in the Tellidere Mahallesi district of Turkey has gone viral after being posted to Reddit a day ago.
Thousands flocked in to comment on the shocking life-saving encounter. One conspiracist commented: “This is some time traveller s**t. “Keep an eye on this man.” Another wacky viewer added: “I like to think that this is what alien youth do for fun.” “Woah, this gave me chills,” a third added. That man must have felt like he was touched by an angel.”
