Amidst an alarming insecurity charge,its been revealed that nine suspects accused of notoriously terrorizing Maseno University students have been arrested by detectives through confirmation of the DCI.
Police mentioned they were found with drugs weapons and machete’s.They
are believed to be behind a series of of robbery with violence and gang rape cases around Maseno University.
The suspects arrested thanks to a tip off from members of the public were: Patrick Okanda, Peter Amango Sande, Geoffrey Okiya Mutunga, Obed Panyako, Peter Obed, David Ndegu, Samuel Kuya, Stephen Oloo and Nahashon Arena.
The nine suspects are currently in lawful custody as they await arraignment in court. Other suspects managed to escape but are currently being pursued by the detectives.
