National Treasury Cabinet Secretary Henry Rotich and Kerio Valley Development Authority MD David Kimosop are said to be seeking services of prominent lawyers fearing of arrest.
Weekly Citizen has further information the duo are also making arrangements on who will stand in for their bonds once arraigned in court to answer charges.
They have withdrawn money and handed over to close associates and relatives to pay incase cash will be demanded.
They have also done documentation on properties they own including lands title deeds, and logbooks to stand surety.
This after it emerged the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI), George Kinoti, had forwarded files on Arror and Kimwarer dams scandal to the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) Noordin Haji.
