Just who killed OCS Samuel Ragira and Why?
This is the question a number of Kenyans have been asking since the unfortunate incident at Klabu 36 led to the loss of Ragira’s young and vibrant life.
As Kenyans continue to wonder just who could have been behind the bullet that took Ragira’s life, Embakasi East MP Babu Owino seem to be already having clues that could as well help the police unravel the mystery behind Ragira brutal murder.
According to Babu, Bunge la Wananchi Chairman Henry Shikanda should be arrested and interrogated over Ragira’s muder.
Babu claims that before Samuel Ragira died,the Bunge la wananchi Chairman called him and told him that the would be shot.
He further claims that Samuel Ragira went ahead and told his closest friends about the plans to kill him.
Ragira would later meet his death at Klabu when he allegedly confronted goons who were harrasing traders.
