For the first time the President of France Macron has visited the University of Nairobi in his Kenyan tour that started yesterday of fostering good relations between the two countries as well as signing the JKIA commuter train deal for easing traffic in the city.
President Macron has expressed his gratitude to the University of Nairobi choir for singing the France National Anthem.
The University has also revealed that they have signed various MoUs between Kenyan Universities and French Universities where by Staff and students are bound to enjoy exchange programs.
“We all have our challenges; you may think that you have more challenges here in Kenya than in France- we all have common challenges-We will all succeed. Let’s write together the story we want to see for our country and our world,” President Macron has been quoted inspiring the students too.
