Veteran Kenyan musician has lashed at Nairobi ladies for lacking manners in their interactions with people.
According to the Kisumu 100 songstress, she was hanging out in a concert in the city in support of a friend when a woman walked up to her.
The woman asked Owiyo if she could take a quick sip of a drink she was having.
Perplexed
Perplexed, the singer demanded to know why she needed her drink to which the woman responded that it is because a friend of hers liked Owiyo!
“How Nairobi ladies lack manners. Was at a joint last Saturday supporting one of my friend who had a concert, then this lady came to me… {Naweza Kunywa pombe yako nikiendaga… I asked her why do you think you should have my drink! Becoz huyu beste yangu anakupenda}!” Posted Owiyo.
