The National Drama and Film Festival will this year focus 2019 National on promoting moral values and clean content.
Earlier today, the KFCB boss attended a retreat together with the stakeholders including the National Drama & Film Festival Secretariat and Office of the President at the Sovereign Hotel, Kisumu
The main agenda was to discuss strategies of making the event more relevant to the youth and to use the platform as a tool for promoting culture & moral values in Kenya.
The Kenya National Drama and Film Festival will this year take place at Kibabii University in April.
Mutua expressed his delight to see the collective efforts of different players to ensure the National Drama Festival will be a resounding success.
The Kenya Film Classification Board is the title sponsor of this year’s festival.
The Board started their retreat in the company of stakeholders yesterday by touring the Bungoma County as well as the Kibabii university where the festival will be held.
