Hon Raila Odinga has accused cartels with high appetite for land in Kenya to be behind the arson at Toi market Tuesday morning.
Addressing affected traders at the scene, Raila warned the alleged land grabbers that they will not succeed in displacing the traders at Toi market.
The Tuesday morning fire that caused losses worth millions, is the second after a similar scene in 2015.
