The Kenyan exiled lawyer Miguna Miguna has written a heart wrenching letter to the Kenya National Commission on Human Rights (KNCHR) to intervene in his myriad cases with Kenyan authorities.
Miguna who has confirmed his return to Kenya in April after two deportations to Canada, has listed 7 state officers who violated his human rights during the two previous altercations.
In the letter addressed to KNCHR chairman, Miguna has urged the body to facilitate his smooth entry to Kenya and get back his passport upon arrival.
