How this lady’s instincts almost saved her life from ill-fated Ethiopian Airlines crash

Someone once told us to follow our instincts, but the little still voice inside our heads is not usually loud enough when faced with every day drama and struggles.

Families are grieving the loss of loved ones whom they had hoped to see on arrival in Nairobi from Ethiopia on the fateful day of the crash.

Kelly, a passenger on flight ET 302 was not comfortable that day, addressing her worries on WhatsApp.

Even after being told to pray against that bad feeling, the plane did not get to its destination. It crashed six minutes after taking off from Bole International airport in Addis Ababa on Sunday.

Kelly was not sure of the time she would be landing but assured her friend she will be in Kenya on the 10th.

we are coming on the 10th but i will let you know what time

After that message she addressed her worry saying:

my heart isn’t really excited I feel like there is something ahead and I do not know what

The person she was talking to encouraged her to pray about it all in the hope for a safe flight.

Kelly was among the 32 Kenyans who lost their lives according to the list released by Ethiopian Airlines. The UN lost 25 staff members and Canada 18. Others who died came from China, the United States, Saudi Arabia, Nepal, Israel, India and Somalia.

One mother who lost her son confessed that she could not wait for her son to come back and gift her.

Here is a leaked conversation of their WhatsApp conversation:
