A man believed to be high on something has insisted that President Kenyatta will die by Tuesday next week.
Wilson Mwangi Macharia, who is shoe shiner said in court that Uhuru Kenyatta will die in eight days if he fails to call on god.
Mwangi had been arrested after bearing a placard inscribed that Uhuru Kenyatta will die if fails to call on god.
Mwangi claims that the ‘holy spirit’ revealed to him about the death of Uhuru.
The prosecution ordered that the man be taken through medical tests before standing trial.
He was last month with the placard and was taken to Central police station.
A brother to the man has said that Mwangi suffers from epilepsy and that he refused to take medication.
The ‘self-proclaimed prophet’ stopped taking medications in 1986 and he often have seizures. He is also reported to have letters which he had written to god but it is not clear if he had any responded.
The magistrate ordered a complete mental assesement before Mwangi could stand trial
