President Uhuru Kenyatta has sent messages of condolences to victims of the ill-fated Ethiopian Airline Plane Crash that is believed to have taken the lives of 157 people all of whom were on board.
The President has said that his Prayers goes out to all the families and associates of those on board.
” We are saddened by the news of an Ethiopian Airlines passenger aircraft that is reported to have crashed 6 minutes after takeoff en route to Kenya. My prayers go to all the families and associates of those on board.”
The Ethiopian Airlines flight en route to Kenya’s capital, Nairobi, was carrying an estimated 149 passengers and eight crew members.
The plane left Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, and contact was lost six minutes later, according to the airline’s statement.
