DJ Khaled hit the comments section of A-Rod’s post with a simple “Congrats!!!” Plus, J.Lo’s World of Dance co-host Derek Hough chimed in with “THIS IS HUUUUUGE. The ring and the actual engagement! So happy for you two!!! Wow.“
But, naturally, Ellen DeGeneres won the comments section of J.Lo’s post with a hilarious note reading, “Yes. I’ll be your Maid of Honor.”
Seriously, though, just take a moment to think about how amazing that would be.
Let’s hope Ellen at least makes it on the guest list. Details about the wedding are still forthcoming-but it will undoubtedly be a family affair. J.Lo regularly posts photos of her twins with ex Marc Anthony, Max and Emme, and Alex’s two daughters from a previous marriage.
However, it looks like J.Lo and A-Rod’s engagement trip involved just the two of them.
A-Rod kicked off the weekend posting a sweet no-makeup photo of Jennifer as they lounged by the pool together.
He followed up that post with a hilarious video of Jennifer shaking her famous booty (if you needed any more evidence that these two have fun together…well, here you go).
J.Lo’s been sharing details of the blissful trip, too, posting a flirty photo of herself on the beach in a booty-baring bikini with A-Rod in the foreground.
As for their official announcement posts, J.Lo captioned hers with a sweet “,” while A-Rod went with a simple but sweet, “she said yes .”
