These two have made headlines for the last couple of days following their involvement in various schemes that have seen the Country loose cash running to billions.
A Human Rights Group is now questioning the continuos stay in Office of the duo despite being implicated in Mega scandals.
The Group called Kenyans For Goodwill have called for the Sack of the Two Cabinet Secretaries failure to which they have called on President Kenyatta to resign for failing in the war against Corruption.
Rotich has been grilled thrice already this week by the DCI over the multi-billion Arror and Kimwarer dams scandal.
Balala was also questioned by detectives over the controversial Sh100 million tender to facilitate a tourism conference in 2017.
“We have seen Heads of State in other continents resign because of corruption. We are sending a message to the President that he must act now,” Muthiora Kariara, former deputy president candidate said at Uhuru Park on Friday.
