Cleaning the mess; Ole Gunnar Solskjaer sinks PSG and takes his suit for dry cleaning

He has to be the happiest interim manager in the Europe for what he has done in the recent past for his club, Manchester United, he went, he saw the impossible, but did not just stop there he conquered and brought down the mountain, the cameras are far from having enough of him.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer took Paris Saint-Germain to the cleaners on Wednesday night, but the Manchester United manager was doing a different kind of cleaning on Thursday.

Hours after Solskjaer led United to a famous comeback victory in Paris to secure progression to the Champions League quarter-finals, he was spotted getting his suit dry-cleaned in Hale.

If Solskjaer’s position as front runner for the permanent United position was not already secured, the 3-1 win at the Parc des Princes with a decimated squad showed his ability to perform in Europe the only thing he hadn’t yet displayed in his three-month audition for the full-time role at Old Trafford.

But the club hero was clearly not dwelling on his achievements in France, as he took his suit to be cleaned on his return to Manchester.

Solskjaer has recently moved out of the Lowry Hotel to Hale, Cheshire, and he used his day off before Sunday’s Premier League trip to Arsenal to catch up with the laundry.

With United’s injury crisis still affecting the number of first teamers Solskjaer can call upon, he will be quickly switching his attentions back to league action however tempting it may be to keep re-living the incredible events of the previous night.
