The Dam Scandal from the Rift Valley has just brought the country to the political storm which was almost being forgotten.
The Arror and Kimwarer dams and the alleged 20 billion as stated by CS Henry Rotich as divided the nation: Those in defense of 7 billion as stated by the Deputy President William Ruto and those in support of Hon Raila Odinga.
But according to Rarieda Member of Parliament Otiende Omollo, he thinks the Deputy President should resign.
Hon Otiende Omollo has stated that the work of the legislature is : Oversight, legislation and representation.
He has also argued that defending of contractors and explaining how towels found their way into a construction site is just a clear indication that the legislature is part of the fraud.
Hon Otiende Omollo wants DP Ruto to call it quit and let investigation takes its course.
