Miguna narrows down why Atwoli should be serving 1,500 years in jail

Firebrand exiled lawyer Dr Miguna Miguna has hit back at COTU secretary General Francis Atwoli, accusing him failing in his responsibilty.

Miguna who spoke when Atwoli appeared on a televised interview with Citizen TV’s Jeff Koinange on Wednesday night accused Atwoli of money laundering, theft of union dues, subjecting flower workers to slavery and dereliction of duty.

Through his official tweeter account, Miguna Miguna said if Atwoli was a US or Canadian citizen, he would be serving 1,500 years in jail with El-Chappo Guzman.

He further Condemned Jeff Koinange for auditioning “primitive” Atwoli to Kenyans.

Atwoli’s post came when Jeff posed a question on the Wednesday morning aviation workers strike.

In response, Atwoli said Transport Cabinet Secretary James Macharia had exhibited a lot of ignorance.

Atwoli further noted that they had met about 4 weeks ago and he had helped him forestall the strike and they agreed that there will be frequent consultations to brief the union (KAWU) on what is happening as far as the KAA-KQ merger is concerned.

He condemned CS Macharia for the disruptions that were witnessed at the JKIA when services came to a standstill due to the demonstrations by the aviation workers.
