Global tech giant and Chinese based Huawei is suing the US government in its most forceful move yet to battle back against allegations that its innovation represents a worldwide security risk.

Huawei, the world’s greatest producer of media communications hardware, said Thursday that it has documented a claim in Texas testing an ongoing US law that bans government offices from purchasing its items.
