The gospel musician, DK Kwenye Beat is back after he was accused of being involved in a threesome alongside his fellow musician Hope Kid. The 20 year old student who was involved in the scandal claimed to have been affected with sexually transmitted disease from DK.
Since then, DK has been all quiet and even deleted all his post from his Instagram account. In an interview, asked on how he has been coping up since the break of the scandal, he said; ” I’m good. God is our help at all times.”
Asked on whether the church accepted him back, the singer who attends the Glorious Chapel under Bishop Dan and Pastor Mike said; ” They accepted me like their child and congregant. Family is family. They have been on my side.”
He insists that he apologised to be an example to the youths; ”I apologised not because of a mistake. Because I’m a public figure. I wanted to show the youth it is important to apologise. Saying sorry doesn’t mean you are weak. Sometimes you fall, sometimes I fall. It is only the right thing to do. To say sorry.”
