Double Tragedy; Real Madrid’s Gareth Bale injured as the defending Champions exit UCL race

Real Madrid will never ‘forgive’ Ajax for what the club did to the UCL Champions, It was not an expected exit for real who are experiencing a very hard time in the Laliga.

Gareth Bale could be set for another period on the sidelines after suffering an ankle injury as Real Madrid lost at the Champions League last-16 stage to Ajax.

Jeered by home fans in the weekend defeat by Barcelona, the Wales forward came on as a 29th-minute substitute following an injury to Lucas Vazquez.

Bale almost had an instant impact as his shot struck the post, but ended the 4-1 defeat hobbling around the pitch.The extent of the injury is not known.
