Kenyans would rather be hacked and left empty pockets rather than hear Ruto talk of lost money.

In 2017, Kenyan banking sector is said to have lost more than 21 billion shillings to hackers, news that sent panic among those who bank with respective banks but silence among taxpayers.

The amount is the same allegedly linked to the ongoing dam scandal where it was allegedly by DP that the money in question is Ksh.7 billion and not Ksh.21 billion as stated by the DCI.

Ruto has been met with fury over the remarks, but the question is why cant Kenyans forget the money in Question like they did when hackers stole the same amount.

Ruto dismissed reports that Ksh.21 billion has been lost in Arror and Kimwarer dam projects in Elgeyo-Marakwet County.
