As the storm gathers on embattled Treasury CS Henry Rotich, some people have already suggested that President Uhuru Kenyatta should have fired him like yesterday.
Mr. Rotich is on the spot for awarding more than sh 21 billion to his proxies. His story is so funny because there is basically nothing to show for all that money. Yaani 21 billion disappeared into thin air just like that.
According to details, Rotich bought more at least 300 acres of land near the construction site using his company HEKERO Investments and has been awaiting for compensation from the government.

So if Uhuru was to crack the whip on Rotich, who would be the most suitable person for the position of Finance CS?

David Ndii is one of Uhuru’s biggest critics and it is not clear if the President can have the balls to appoint him. He campaigned for NASA in 2017.
