Why Ruto is the scapegoat that Jubilee is badly using to cover up their Corruption Schemes!

David Ndii has publicly stated that Deputy President William Ruto is being used as Jubilee’s major scapegoat in the grand looting of public funds.

The economist who has rarely been on Ruto’s defence argued that Ruto should not be pointed out as a sacrificial lamb, arguing that the entire regime was soaked in graft.

Additionally, David Ndii has said that the Jubilee regime was victimizing DP William Ruto by tarnishing his image as the centre of corrupt to cover up their major messes.

He insinuated that Ruto and President Uhuru Kenyatta had walked together during difficult times and used their authority to overcome individual hurdles just for the former to be portrayed as a villain.

“Two fugitives capture State to escape justice, plunder together for five years, subvert elections, and when convenient, one is villain the other saint,”

The economist said using Ruto’s name to cleanse the regime’s failure in tackling graft would not sanitize Jubilee’s name
