A student at the Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology was stabbed by assailants at the High Point area in Juja, Kiambu County.

It was the girlfriend who alerted local residents of the robbery through her screams.
Reports stated that there were two attackers and that one of them slipped away once the local residents got a hold of his partner.
A JKUAT student affirmed that the irate mob beat up and burned one of the robbers to death.
The young student was taken to Thika Level 5 Hospital where he is reported to be receiving treatment.
This joins other criminal activities that is evident in the area and a JKUAT student who got killed by thugs in February for refusing to part ways with her phone.
