CS henry Rotich appeared at the DCI headquarters in Kiambu to answer question on the loss of the billion shillings related to the dam scandal.
Th CS is set to give clarification on the Arror and Kimwarer dams saga that has rocked the country in the past few weeks.
Rotich was accompanied by his lawyer Katwa Kigen.
The dam scandal has seen alot of government individuals named in the saga.
However the online community had much more to say following Rotich appearance at the DCI.
