Jurgen Klopp And Everton Ballboy Conversation REVEALED – This Was Said

Liverpool dropped two points against their local rivals to hand Manchester City a huge advantage in the race for the Premier League title on Sunday.

But there was more drama to come after the final whistle as Klopp went to head down the tunnel before being confronted by a group of young Everton ballboys.

One youngster stood sarcastically clapping at the German, who appeared to briefly lose his cool before walking away smiling.

Now, the Everton fan’s father has revealed exactly what was said during the full-time confrontation at Goodison Park.
“Just a bit of banter between Charlie and Klopp at the end,” he tweeted.

“No threats by Klopp or Charlie!

“All good natured – what the derby is all about.

“Charlie asked him what he thought about the World Cup final… #EFC.”

The boy’s father has since protected his Twitter account, meaning the general public cannot view his tweets without following him first.

Speaking after the 0-0 draw, Klopp said: “Who wants to be top of the table at the beginning of March?

“It is nice but there are lots of games to play.

“I’m completely fine with chasing.

“I watched Match of the Day last night and saw the celebrations of Man City – they had 900 chances and scored one goal, a shot with the wrong foot.

“You have to be ready for these chances.”

And left-back Andy Robertson echoed his manager’s thoughts about chasing Pep Guardiola‘s side.

“We become the chasers now and all the pressure is on Manchester City,” he said.

“We will fight for every last ball until the whistle is blown at the end of the season. The pressure has been on City because they are expected to retain the title.

“Everton think they have stopped us from winning the league. It shows how well we are doing that they want to stop us.”
