Wolverhampton Fans Pour Praises To Striker Adama Traore After Beating Cardiff

He is superhuman' Wolves fans are all saying the same thing after Cardiff City win

Adama Traore was back in the Wolverhampton Wanderers side and back to impressing the Moliineux faithful.

Nuno Espirito Santo picked a much changed starting eleven after the dismal defeat to Huddersfield Town on Tuesday.

Traore, who was an unused sub against The Terriers, played in a right wing back position, replacing Matt Doherty and was the star of the show.

Two first half goals from Diogo Jota and Raul Jimenez proved to be the difference but Traore was a constant thorn in the Bluebirds side.

He failed to add to his solitary Wolves goal, but did more than enough to impress those in old gold.

What’s happening at Wolves?
@bigmat1982: Great win today. Nuno spot on with the changes to the team, Traore and Vinagre were brilliant, to show how strong our (small) squad is. 2 fantastic goals too, I enjoyed that very much!

@Dwarfio: Saiss immaculate, the Donk cool as, Traore a bundle of pace, power and fear for the opposition. Enjoyable

@josepheverton: I no longer care about his failings as a player, play Adama Traore deep and let him run at people. He is super human

@Chriswill85: Great performance today and some great management by Nuno in making the changes . Traore unbelievable .

@Danny_powers: Vinagre motm closely followed by traore, both of them created so much and was a constant threat every time they attacked

@JackHeather7: It’s insane how easy that was, completely dominated the game, should have scored a lot more. Both Vinagre and Traore were brilliant, gave the Cardiff fullbacks all sorts of problems. Jota and Raul linked up unsurprisingly really well for both goals, what a team this is

@dan_jeavons: Total comfort. Vinagre was unplayable. Traore had everything other than a goal. Perfect response from Tuesday. Jota with some magic

@chriscrowther88: Honestly the best I have seen Traore play this season and he’s out of position. Yes, he still makes mistakes when in good shooting positions and not all the flicks and tricks from the 2nd half paid off but he is a flair player who Cardiff could not cope with today

@wellygoggs: The perfect place response from Tuesday! Tactically spot on from Nuno. Traore and Vinagre phenomenal at wingback.

@richardhobbs6: Today has been the most complete performance by Traore for Wolves

@Josh_Lue: Appreciation tweet for Adama Traore and Ruben Vinagre…. Both sensational today.!!
