It is a sigh of relief to university and college students benefitting from loans from the Higher Education Loan Board (HELB) as CS Amina Mohammed is taken to Sports and Heritage.
President Uhuru Kenyatta, on Friday morning, reshuffled his Cabinet and showed way to underperforming CS.
In the change of CS, Amina Mohhamed is pushed to Sports and Kenya National Education Council (KNEC) chairman Mogaha promoted to CS Education.

Fatuma Hirsi who was the Principal Secretary for Broadcasting and
Amina Mohammed initiated police involvement in handling loan defaulters from the HELB loans. Her moving to Sports might be one way the initiative will die.
There was an uproar from youths who benefitted from the loans citing unemployment as one way not being able to repay the loan.
