Raila Odinga leads ODM officials in tough war against corruption

Opposition Party Leader Raila Odinga has today urged ODM officials to stand on the frontline in the war against corruption.

Odinga was speaking during the ODM Party National Governing Council meeting which was today held at the Cooperative University .

Raila Odinga also added that the party must sensitize their people across the country to reject, name and shame those involved in this crime against the people.

Odinga weighed in over the endless corruption scandals that have held the nation ‘captive’ and hindered development.

The Opposition party leader stated that the nation is witnessing a level of corruption that has never been seen before in this country.

“We must reject attempts by this enterprise to turn the war against them into an affair of their communities and we must reject attempts by these criminals to target, criminalize and stigmatize investigative agencies.’ he added

Raila Odinga reiterated that the officials must take lead in making life difficult for purveyors of corruption.
