Michael Jackson’s mother, Katherine, has reportedly been hit so hard by allegations of pedophilia made against him that she may never walk again.

The 88-year-old is said to be devastated at claims made in Leaving Neverland and is now in a wheelchair full time.

According to the Daily Mail, the Thriller singer’s mum’s health took a decline following the “destructive allegations” made against her son, and her family members are concerned about her wellbeing.

An insider said: “I have spoken to family members who have told me that Mrs. Jackson is in a wheelchair.

“The Wade Robson and James Safechuck allegations and documentary have affected her enormously, and she is terrifically upset by it. It is affecting her health and condition.”

The documentary will tell the stories of Jackson’s former companions, who have since accused him of vile sexual abuse.

Not only is Katherine wheelchair bound, amid reports she feels “betrayed by her son,” but she is also said to be “emotionally crippled,” after hearing the allegations.

“It is so terrifically sad. While her mind is still strong, the emotions have taken a toll on her body – everyone can see that,” the source added.

Katherine’s heartache comes after The Daily Mirror recently reported that the star’s family was in a fight to save his reputation ahead of the film’s release on HBO.

They fired what they thought would be a fatal strike – a $100million lawsuit against US channel HBO, accusing Wade and James of having “financial motivations”.
