Embattled Deputy President William Ruto in corruption scandals has made a statement clearing corruption allegations that have put him on the spot with Kenyans.

Deputy President William Ruto has denied reports that the Sh21 billion allocated to Arror, Kimwarer dams has vanished.

Speaking when the Judiciary released its annual report on Thursday, Ruto said the figures being reported to have been stolen were misleading.

“You’ have heard that the government has lost about Sh21 billion which is a flat lie! The money in question is about Sh7 billion, and for every coin that has been paid, we have a bank guarantee,” he said.

Kenyans have declared its impossible to believe DP Ruto the same man who is in record for saying he doesn’t own Weston hotel.

Deputy President William Ruto has shockingly revealed that he was not aware that the original owner of the land where Weston Hotel stands was fraudulently acquired.

The DP made these revelations during a BBC talk show dubbed HardTalk with one, Stephene Sackur.

However, Dr. Ruto said that he had followed all due processes while acquiring the land which today is at the centre of controversy over its purported ‘illegal acquisitions’.
