The DCI boss has swore to protect the lives of Kenyans by exposing those involved in the murder of innocent Kenyans.
Kinoti has said that his long experience in the Police Force will help in a great deal in exposing those behind the daily kidnappings and gruesome murders across the country.
The DCI boss was speaking in Kayole during the community dialogue on extra-judicial killings.
He was accompanied by the Director of Public Prosecutions Noordin Haji.
Kinoti’s latest assurance comes just a week after the family of Caroline Mwatha alongside a number of activists accused the DCI of trying to cover up for her murder.
