Former Chelsea player Alan Hudson has some advice for Chelsea leadership.
He says the Blues have never replaced the likes of John Terry and Frank Lampard in the dressing room.
Hudson pointed out that his former side has lost it in the dressing room and the results are lack of leadership making it a difficult side to trust , Maurizio Sarri’s control of Chelsea squad and generally leadership was questioned on Sunday as Kepa Arrizabalaga refused to be subbed during the Carabao Cup final against Manchester City.
“They are lacking a leader. It’s all about Hazard. Although he wasn’t great last night, he still gives teams a problem just being out there,” Hudson told Ian Stone’s Comedy Breakfast.
“They lack a John Terry and a midfield player like Frank playing regularly but I always rate football on consistency and that’s something Chelsea are lacking at the moment.”
The Blues will travel to Craven Cottage on Sunday 3rd to take Fulham in a Premier League match.
