A neighbor has recounted about how an Eldoret man hacked his wife with a panga and then asked for help to help him dispose off the body.
37 year old David Siloba killed his 25 year old girlfriend Fiona Kisuya on Tuesday at Kapsoya. According to police, Siloba might have strangled her before using a panga to cut off her upper body.
He went to seek the help of Aaron Kibyiego, to help him dump the body. Aaron said that the suspect who is already in custody wanted the body to be dumped in a rubbish pit.
“He told me he had killed his wife and wanted help to dump the body,” he said.
Kibyiego said he dashed out his house and Siloba tried to force him to enter the house where the body was, but he refused and rushed to report him.
With no other option, the suspect took the body to a pit latrine where he set it on fire. Police arrested him near the toilet
Siloba returned from the US last month. Some residents said he was deported over crime and drug abuse. He had lived with his parents.
