HOT SEAT! NTSA DIRECTOR QUITS

The National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) has suffered another blow barely a month after the Anti-Terror Police Unit (ATPU) raid, arresting scores of the agency’s employees in a probe over the registration of a vehicle used by terrorists during the 14 Riverside Drive attack.

A director for road safety has handed in her resignation letter.

Ms. Njeri Waithaka has handed in her resignation letter to the board citing “personal reasons” for not seeking the extension of her term.
