Ruto Lectures Newspaper Editors Filling Pages With Propaganda

Kenyan Newspapers and blogs are known to at times blow things out of proportion. They can either make or break you.

One Person that has lately felt the wrath of the Kenyan Media is Deputy President William Ruto. Ruto and the Jubilee Party have been making headlines even when they are not supposed to be making them.

Claims that Ruto is being sidelines from the Jubilee Party have time and again made it to the Kenyan newsrooms with Ruto’s supporters getting agitated by the things they hear, watch and read.

Ruto has now come out to clear the air with regards to the state of the Jubilee Party.

According to the DP, Jubilee is a national movement and not a Political outfit.

Ruto said the only reason they formed Jubilee was to unite the country and focus on development.

He said they did not form the national party so one person can get a certain position.

“I want to help those filling up the newspaper pages with propaganda…I want to give them free information that we did not form Jubilee so that anyone can get any position or some communities can get lost over another,” he said.

Ruto said no one has control over who will get what position in the party. The decision will only be made by party members and Kenyans who are voters, he said.

“My friends stop wasting your time writing nonsense, we have no time for that. Kenyans want water, roads and jobs.”
