Kenya problems are caused by those in power,Miguna Miguna rubbishes call for referendum

The self- proclaimed General lawyer Miguna Miguna has continued his onslaught against leaders pushing for constitutional changes.

Miguna, who was deported for taking part in the mock swearing-in of ODM Leader Raila Amolo Odinga, said that the solution to the problems facing this nation is voting out leaders who lack integrity and changing the laws of the land.

He said that there is no way this country will achieve development if the voters continue to make the same mistakes over the years. He insisted that poor leadership is among the reasons this country is yet to develop several years since it got independence.

“The main problems facing Kenya are not caused by the Constitution, laws, institutions, the presidential system or devolution. They are caused by those in power who lack integrity, legitimacy, progressive ideology and lack commitment to the public good,” he tweeted .

The lawyer cum activist has been faulting the President Uhuru Kenyatta-led government for what he terms as poor governance. He has been blaming the Jubilee regime over incessant problems the nation has been facing since Uhuru was elected into office.

He has also been urging Kenyans to resist the current regime for the sake of a change in leaders before it is too late.
